CompanyMind
Multi-tenant corporate knowledge-base SaaS: document ingestion and streaming RAG chat with cited sources.

Overview
CompanyMind is a multi-tenant corporate knowledge base born from a universal problem: a company's knowledge is spread across people, folders, wikis and threads, and when someone leaves, part of it leaves with them.
The platform flips the perspective: companies upload their documents into a centralized base and employees query internal knowledge via RAG, simply by asking questions. The reference model is GPT-4o-mini, chosen for its low cost at high volumes.
Ingestion is asynchronous and accepts heterogeneous sources: files, URLs, Google Sites and Drive, Notion and manual entry. The chat is streaming and always cites sources, so the answer is verifiable and not a claim without context.
Isolation between companies is enforced by Supabase RLS per tenant, the non-negotiable requirement of a product handling sensitive internal data. On top is an analytics dashboard measuring questions, active users, answer rate and satisfaction.
Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase with pgvector, OpenAI and Tailwind CSS, CompanyMind is an attempt to make corporate knowledge accessible without turning it into an endless IT project. You upload, you ask, you find.
