Hospitality & F&B Suite

The Hospitality & F&B Suite is a suite of eight vertical applications for hospitality and food & beverage, born from an idea of reuse: instead of building eight products from scratch, build one and adapt it eight times.

The four hospitality apps cover guest intelligence, ops copilot, reservation orchestrator and service automation; the four food & beverage apps cover loyalty engine, kitchen ops, menu optimizer and order intelligence. Each vertical has a precise problem and its own set of success metrics.

They all rest on a single mock-first architecture with repository and service layers and a Supabase adapter, so an application can be developed and tested without depending on real data and then connected to the backend without rewrites. A pattern that accelerates every new vertical.

The design system is shared — dark, glassmorphism — and the success metrics are common: spinning up a new vertical app takes little time while keeping product consistency. It is the difference between eight projects and one product with eight shades.

The suite is built across Next.js 14 to 16, React 18 and 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion and Supabase. Hospitality and F&B share more problems than it seems, and this architecture makes that obvious.
